In celebration of Women’s History Month, Taiwan's Minister without Portfolio Audrey Tang, Taiwan's Ambassador at Large Lin Ching-Yi, and U.S. International Development Finance Corporation Vice President of the Office of External Affairs Algene T. Sajery participated in a virtual forum entitled "Accelerating Women's Economic Empowerment.” During the panel, these experts shared their experiences in advancing women's economic rights and independence, investing in women's empowerment, and supporting marginalized women to earn, save money, and improve their health and wellbeing. Commitment to inclusion economic growth is one of the shared values that binds the U.S. and Taiwan.
